With a focus on local, organic, and sustainable sources, the dark, intriguing subterranean bar and restaurant, Bell, Book, and Candle, offers up creative cocktails and bites that are reflective of the season. Boasting its own aeroponic rooftop garden, 60 percent of the restaurant's ingredients-including cucumbers, lettuces, tomatoes, mint, and basil-are grown right on the premises.
