The Slow Food NYC Producer Summit is a one day conference, taking place on November 2 at Hawthorne Valley Farm, that focuses on creating connection and improving communication, access, and understanding in the local food system. Most importantly, the Summit facilitates new connections between farmers, distributors and chefs.
