Part of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, Studio Cafe features seasonal American food and drink on the eighth floor of the Whitney Museum of American Art. Untitled

Untitled is a seasonal American restaurant from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, helmed by Chef Michael Anthony and located at the Whitney Museum of American Art, newly designed by Renzo Piano. Untitled represents the evolution of Chef Anthony’s quintessential style of American cooking over the past decade at Gramercy Tavern, confidently pared down to reflect the boldly creative environment of the museum it calls home. Wine is overseen by Eduardo Porto Carreiro, and shares the kitchen’s commitment to seasonal evolution and passionate producers.

Amali

Amali’s name was inspired by a historical term for lands shared by modern day Greece, Italy and Turkey.

In that spirit, our menu is inspired by the Mediterranean way of life and emphasizes vegetables, olive oil, cheese, grains, and fish.

In keeping with the values of that dining tradition, we support sustainability - from the food we buy, the wine we serve, to the finishes in the restaurant and our sustainable economic practices.

Le Fanfare

Martha

Martha is the patron saint of hospitality and a dragon tamer. And a restaurant in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

We’re an evolution of The Brooklyn Sandwich Society, from the people that brought you Brooklyn Edible Social Club.

Martha believes in buying produce from her neighbors and cooking it five ways before it’s gone. She doesn’t like the word “local”. She likes duck, Dragon’s Tongue beans, and playing dancehall in the open kitchen.

She’s a butcher and a gardener and a good dancer.
