Slow U provides ways to learn about good food through fun, convivial events

At SLOW U sessions we talk and taste our way through the good, clean, and fair food revolution that is helping us reclaim the food chain. Food producers, activists, writers, chefs, and purveyors talk about what they are doing and what we can do to change for the better the way the world feeds itself.

One of SLOW U's annual events is called The Food Almanac, which focuses on food and farm policy issues facing us in the coming year. For a rundown on the 2017 Almanac panelists and recommended resources, click here.

Keep an eye on our Events Calendar for upcoming events and we hope to see you there.
