Every Thursday afternoon students at Automotive High School, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, break with their ordinary studies and get hands-on experience preparing fresh, wholesome food. Recently they had a special guest who demonstrated the entire process of making sausage (sorry Bismarck), from butchering to serving. The kids rated it delicious.
