Join Slow Food NYC this summer and early fall for a new series of guided tours through the iconic Union Square Greenmarket, led by some of New York City's most celebrated chefs (and Snail of Approval Awardees!).

Each tour is a chance to see how the market works from a chef's perspective. You'll get to chat with the farmers and producers, hear how they grow and make what they sell, grab some seasonal tastings, and learn how chefs find inspiration for their menus right from the stands.
