We’re thrilled to collaborate with authors Monique Mulder and Paul van Ravenstein and MOFAD for the launch of The Pickled City, a visually rich exploration of New York through food, migration, design and urban culture. Tracing the pickle’s journey from ancient Mesopotamia to the Lower East Side, the book reveals how everyday foods carry stories of identity, resilience and city-making. The evening includes an in-depth conversation between the two authors, tasing and drinks featuring The Pickle Guys and Russ & Daughters. Register here
